WASM – The capital Amman is expected to witness heavy rainfall mixed with snow and hail showers tomorrow, Wednesday, particularly during the dawn and morning periods, taking the form of snow on its high peaks exceeding 1000 meters above sea level.
The high peaks include Sweileh, Tla'a Al-Ali, Khalda, Dabouq, and Al-Jubeiha, and snow accumulations on these high peaks and their surroundings are expected to be minimal and limited in general.
Freezing and frost are expected to form during Wednesday/Thursday night and Thursday dawn as temperatures drop below zero Celsius, with stable weather expected. Very cold weather is expected to persist during the weekend.
