WASM - The Kingdom continues to be affected by successive weather depressions for more than two months, which brought massive amounts of rain, snow and extremely cold conditions. A new depression is expected to begin on Wednesday and continue until the end of the week, resulting in heavy rain and snow showers on the peaks of southern mountains, active winds and very cold weather.
In detail, tomorrow Monday the weather will remain cloudy and cold with light scattered rain in the northern and central regions of the Kingdom. On Tuesday the weather will become sunny with temperatures rising slightly before the beginning of the weather depression's impact.
The weather depression's effects will begin from Wednesday afternoon with heavy rain falling, and gradually the precipitation extends toward the south of the Kingdom in the form of snow showers on the peaks of high mountains.
On Thursday the weather will remain cold, cloudy and rainy with heavy precipitation, this rain will be mixed with snow and hail showers, and snow showers will fall on the peaks of southern mountains with extremely cold weather.
Friday's weather will be cold and partially cloudy with scattered rain showers while very cold weather continues.
More powerful and colder weather depressions are expected beginning from mid-February until the beginning of March with increased chances of snow accumulation.
