The impact of the low-pressure system and rain showers will continue tonight on the northern, central, and southern regions of the Kingdom, with their intensity decreasing during the late hours of the night and Monday morning, becoming light during Monday daytime.
The weather will be generally cold throughout this week and partly cloudy with occasional light and scattered rainfall chances, especially over mountainous areas. Starting from the end of the week, rainfall will resume with the continuation of cold weather. WASM is monitoring a rainy weather condition that may be strong during the end of the current month, and all alerts regarding expected weather conditions will be issued.
WASM issued a yellow alert level for weather conditions until Monday morning and dawn. This is the second level in a 4-color system consisting of green, then yellow, then orange, with red being the strongest. The yellow level means moderately severe weather conditions in general with caution regarding its limited strength in some areas.
