WASM- Moderate summer weather conditions in the mountains continue to have typical effects on the Kingdom's atmosphere until next Sunday without expecting any heat waves as a result of the pushing of cooling northwesterly winds and the movement of heat waves toward Europe, with temperatures remaining slightly below seasonal averages during the coming days.
- Moderate to typical summer conditions until next Monday|
Temperatures will remain slightly below summer seasonal averages tomorrow Wednesday and will rise slightly on Thursday and Friday to become seasonal summer temperatures, then will decrease noticeably on Saturday and next Sunday to be clearly below seasonal averages.
Temperatures in the capital and mountains will range around 29-31 degrees Celsius during the day in general until next Monday, but they tend to be cool in the mountains and plains at night and in the morning and drop below 18 degrees Celsius.
It is expected that the Kingdom will be affected by humid and moderate winds on Saturday and next Sunday, which will lead to a drop in temperature to twenty-degree levels in the mountains and plains during the day with noticeable coldness at night.
Weather conditions will remain typically hot in low-lying areas, the Jordan Valley, Aqaba, and the Dead Sea during the coming days with temperatures around 38 degrees Celsius during the day.
- No heat waves at the weekend|
With the spread of rumors about forecasts of a "forty-degree" heat wave affecting the Kingdom starting from the end of this week, the WASM Regional Center denies this information and instead expects complete moderation in weather conditions with temperatures recording clearly and unusually below seasonal averages for this hot time of year.
- Temperature rise between 7-21 |
As a result of expecting a moderate summer wave with "prolonged effect" expected to renew during the end of the month, this will lead to temporary temperature rise at the front of the moderation wave, and the WASM Regional Center expects hot conditions to prevail for a short period during the middle of next week with temperatures exceeding seasonal averages slightly and temporarily.
- New moderate wave at the end of the month|
It is expected that the Kingdom will be affected by a new moderate summer wave starting during the last week of this month, preceded by a short period of rising temperatures, and the reason for expecting the new summer moderation wave is due to Western Europe being affected by a new severe heat wave expected to last for a long period in those areas as a result of unusual atmospheric circulation.
- The Kingdom is experiencing moderate summer weather|
The Kingdom, the Levant region, and the northern Arabian Peninsula are still experiencing temperatures below seasonal averages and this has been the case for many weeks as a result of the intensification of heat waves toward Western Europe due to climate changes resulting from unusual atmospheric circulation.
