WASM – The Kingdom is expected to continue experiencing early autumn weather compared to previous years throughout this week, leading to moderate conditions in most areas, especially mountainous regions, and slightly cold nights and mornings.
Temperatures are expected to reach the mid-twenties in mountains and plains during the day and drop to 15 degrees Celsius at night and below that in high mountain areas.
Low cloud quantities are expected to appear during mid-week, increasing the chances of light rainfall in some northern parts of the Kingdom, Palestine, while heavy precipitation is expected on the coasts of Syria and Lebanon and earlier than usual.
The current summer season ended early, began late, and moderate weather prevailed throughout most summer days coinciding with strong heat waves in the European continent and climatically unprecedented ones that caused thousands of deaths, which may be an indicator of significant climate changes.
