WASM- The impact of the heat wave renews tomorrow, Tuesday, and intensifies at the end of the week with temperatures reaching the forties in many areas of the kingdom, making the atmosphere very hot in various regions.
Temperatures will rise gradually on Tuesday with the beginning of a "strong" heat wave, where temperatures around 35°C are expected in the capital Amman and reaching the early 40s°C in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
The impact of the "strong" heat wave increases on Wednesday with temperatures rising to reach the high thirties in the capital, while reaching around the mid-forties in low-lying areas, the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
The "strong" heat wave deepens on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with temperatures reaching forties in most areas, coinciding with high humidity in the evening hours that increases the exhausting feeling of extremely hot weather.
It is expected that this coincides with high temperatures during nighttime and early morning hours to become warmer than usual, and it is expected that this "strong" heat wave will continue until the beginning of September.
Wind movement during the heat wave will be variable in direction, shifting in the afternoon period to light to moderate northwest winds that work to increase humidity levels and increase the exhaustion from hot conditions.
It is recommended to avoid direct sun exposure and drink cold fluids, avoid leaving sanitizers inside the car and follow the warnings of the Jordanian Meteorological Department.

The "WASM" Regional Center was exclusive in forecasting this strong heat wave and all its accurate details since last week, where temperatures rose on Saturday to 39°C in the capital Amman.
