Jordan.. hot and humid weather Tuesday, moderate Wednesday and Thursday

WASM – Hot and humid weather continues tomorrow Tuesday Temperature in the city of Amman is expected to reach around 32 degrees Celsius coinciding with an increase in humidity levels, which causes the feeling of temperatures higher than recorded.

Temperature is expected to drop on Wednesday and Thursday and the atmosphere will moderate in general and be slightly below its average at this time of year.

Hot and humid weather returns at the end of the week with temperatures remaining around their normal levels at this time of year coinciding with a significant increase in surface humidity levels.

The reason for these conditions is due to low surface atmospheric pressure over southern Turkey and the Cyprus Basin, which causes hot and humid westerly winds to surge towards the region, with the feeling of heat limited to noon and afternoon hours but the atmosphere will be moderate during night and morning hours.
