WASM- The WASM Regional Center issues the monthly bulletin for month 12 – December – using WASM's special high-precision climate model, which achieved accuracy exceeding 82%, 85% in October and November respectively.
December (month 12) is expected to be rainy with heavy precipitation during most periods, with brief and temporary periods of stability occurring between consecutive rainy conditions and low temperatures below their averages with cold to very cold winter weather, especially in mid-month.
In detail, consecutive rainy conditions are expected to continue until December 6, followed by the Kingdom being affected by a rainy and cold low-pressure system during the period of 7-10 of the month.
WASM expects the Kingdom to be affected during mid-month by a winter storm accompanied by heavy precipitation and very cold weather, while the end-of-month period remains very cold with rainy conditions continuing at the end of the month.
These are details of the weather conditions, which are estimated at 4-5 main weather systems classified by colors: yellow, then orange, then red, which is the most severe.

The climate model of WASM Regional Center operates using the statistical method or Analogues, then several different processing methods and dynamic calibration are applied to produce entirely new results compared with previous years.
In scientific detail, a strong high-pressure system dominates large areas of Europe and North Africa, especially after December 4-5, reaching its peak strength in mid-month coinciding with the concentration of polar air over the eastern part of the European continent.
