WASM – The Kingdom will be affected by a slightly cold and humid air mass tomorrow, Thursday, with temperatures dropping noticeably and light rain showers falling in various areas, particularly in the northern regions of the Kingdom, coinciding with the accumulation of low clouds in different areas.
Temperatures will return to the beginning of the 20s Celsius, which is clearly below their seasonal averages, with cool conditions during nighttime hours, especially in the mountains where temperatures will reach 12 degrees Celsius in the capital and mountainous areas.
The atmosphere will remain slightly cool and autumnal during the weekend in the mountains and moderate in low-lying areas, suitable for outdoor trips while being mindful of cold weather at night and light rain showers in the northern regions of the Kingdom.
The Kingdom will be affected by atmospheric instability at the beginning of next week in various areas, resulting in scattered thunderstorm showers in different regions. Details will be issued progressively regarding the areas affected by the weather condition and the weather alert classification level, which consists of 4 classifications in WASM: green, then yellow, then orange, then red, which is the most dangerous.
It is worth noting that the WASM Regional Center has issued the monthly bulletin for October, which indicates the beginning of atmospheric instability cases and cold weather in the second half of the month specifically, with atmospheric instability expected to increase, particularly in the last week of the month.
