WASM – Hot conditions will noticeably decline on Sunday
and temperatures will drop to their normal levels for this time of year, with the maximum temperature on Sunday reaching 31-32 degrees Celsius in the capital Amman, coinciding with active winds and a significant increase in humidity levels.
Hot conditions will persist during the weekend, with the maximum in Amman reaching 35 degrees Celsius, and humidity levels will rise in the afternoon and early evening, increasing the feeling of temperatures higher than recorded, as humidity levels exceed 50-60% in the afternoon in some areas.
More moderate conditions will continue from Saturday/Sunday night until the morning of Wednesday next, with temperatures dropping to their normal levels and conditions being moderate most of the time in the mountains and hot during midday and afternoon hours, coinciding with high humidity during the evening and night exceeding 80-90% in most areas.
