WASM – The WASM Regional Center issues the monthly bulletin for October 2022, based on data from our developed climate model which is based on equations and statistical data and is the only one of its kind in the Arab region.
October is expected to be warm and dry during the first half, with weak weather conditions especially on October 6-8, and another condition in the form of atmospheric instability around October 13-16.
Warm and dry periods are also expected, particularly at the beginning of the month, as well as between the 9th and 13th of the month, due to the extension of the warm and dry Red Sea low pressure system towards the Kingdom.
The second half is expected to be cold and humid (cooler than usual and rainier) with rainy periods concentrated around the 20th of the month, as well as around the 27th of the month which will be a mix of atmospheric low pressure and atmospheric instability conditions.

October 1 to 4, dry and hot.
5 to 8 of the month, humid with light rain showers.
9 to 13 of the month, dry and warm.
14 to 16 of the month, weak condition of atmospheric instability / yellow level.
20 to 29 of the month, scattered rainy conditions especially on the 27th of the month / orange level.
This data does not mean discontinuing daily weather bulletins which are continuously updated and are based on different weather data and are usually more accurate, and the accuracy of WASM's climate model data reaches up to 60%.
