WASM - Temperature decline is expected to continue over the coming days, with generally moderate summer weather where it will be hot during midday and afternoon periods, especially in low-lying areas, and moderate at night. It will tend to be slightly cool during dawn and early morning in high mountainous areas, with maximum temperatures reaching around 31 degrees Celsius in the capital and mountains.
Dust storm winds are expected to be active on Thursday, but away from major cities in the far northeast of the Kingdom in Al-Ruwayshid and east of Al-Safawi up to the borders of Al-Karamah (Iraqi-Jordanian border). It is not expected to affect most Jordanian areas, including major cities.
A noticeable temperature drop is expected during the weekend and early next week, making the weather more moderate and slightly cool in high mountainous areas during the night and until early morning. These weather conditions are expected to continue for several days, with the Kingdom remaining away from heat waves during the coming period.
