Jordan | Rainy and cold weather tomorrow Friday, followed by a warm spring wave throughout next week

WASM- Jordan will be affected tomorrow, Friday, by cold and cloudy conditions Rain will fall in areas of northern and central Jordan including Irbid, Mafraq, Ajloun, Jerash, and Amman and Salt and parts of northern Madaba. This rain will be heavy in the northern regions of the kingdom.

Cold winds will be active and temperatures will drop to around 11 degrees Celsius in the capital Amman. The effect of the atmospheric low will gradually recede during the night of Friday/Saturday and temperatures will begin to rise on Saturday with stable weather conditions and continued appearance of low clouds.

The kingdom will be affected starting from Sunday by a warm spring wave that will continue for a long period exceeding 10 days, with the average maximum temperature in Amman reaching 25-27 degrees Celsius. This is due to a warm air mass whose effect will continue for an extended period.

Weather fluctuations are not expected to end, but their intensity will be much weaker compared to the previous period. Weather fluctuations are expected to return but during the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan.
