WASM – Cold weather is expected to intensify tomorrow, Saturday, until Monday morning, with temperatures dropping significantly. Low clouds are expected to increase Sunday morning, causing scattered light rainfall in the form of scattered rain showers in eastern Jordan.
Eastern wind speeds are expected to reach more than 30-35 km/h in mountainous and escarpment areas and even the Dead Sea region, with gusts occasionally exceeding 55 km/h.
The minimum temperature is expected to reach below 5 degrees, but the actual feel will approach zero Celsius due to eastern wind speeds.
Cold weather is expected to return at the end of next week with scattered rainfall expected in many areas, particularly during the beginning of January.
