Jordan.. Significant rise in temperatures on Sunday and Monday

WASM -  Temperatures will rise significantly and noticeably tomorrow, Sunday, and continue until Monday, with humidity levels increasing noticeably starting from afternoon and evening hours on Monday, and clouds increasing at low and medium altitudes.

Temperatures will decrease on Tuesday, but humidity levels will remain high and may exceed 80% in some western and northwestern areas of Jordan, which increases the feeling of temperatures higher than those recorded.

It is expected that temperatures will reach 38 degrees Celsius in the city of Amman on Monday, but will decrease to around 33-34 degrees Celsius on Tuesday with a sharp increase in humidity levels and the appearance of clouds at low and medium altitudes.

WSAM is monitoring a heat wave at the end of July and the beginning of August during the Eid period, and Jordan being affected by high temperatures and heat waves is considered a natural matter at this time of year, which records the highest average temperatures during the year.
