WASM- Temperatures will rise slightly tomorrow, Tuesday, and moderate and stable weather conditions are expected to continue in most regions of the kingdom with active winds during daytime hours that stir dust in some exposed areas, particularly in the eastern and desert regions of the kingdom.
It is expected that the maximum temperature in the capital Amman will reach around 29-30 degrees Celsius and the minimum will drop to around 16 degrees Celsius with expectations of cold weather after midnight on Tuesday/Wednesday night, with expectations of light and limited rainfall showers in the early morning hours.
Temperature will decrease on Wednesday with the maximum in the capital Amman reaching 22-23 degrees Celsius and dropping during the night to 7-8 degrees Celsius only, making the weather cold during the night and morning requiring light winter clothing.
It is expected that the weather during the end of the week will be generally cold, especially during the night and morning, and the maximum temperature in the capital Amman and the mountainous regions is not expected to exceed 18-19 degrees Celsius with the minimum around 7 degrees Celsius, making the atmosphere suitable for spending the holiday in low-lying areas, Aqaba, and the Dead Sea.
Scattered rainfall showers are expected in the north of the kingdom and parts of the center on Friday morning as the cold and humid air mass deepens slightly over the kingdom.
No sandstorms or strong dust waves are expected tomorrow, Tuesday, as a weak low-pressure system is positioned in the far northwest of Saudi Arabia and east of Jordan possessing "thermal" characteristics which restricts wind activity that stirs dust in parts of the south and east of the kingdom for a temporary period during midday and afternoon hours, and as noted, the holiday will experience pleasant, moderate weather and slightly cold conditions during the night and early morning due to the dominance of a moderate to slightly cold air mass over the kingdom's atmosphere, which deepens its effect starting from Tuesday evening in a gradual manner.
