Scattered rain showers are falling in parts of northern and central regions of the Kingdom. These showers are not expected to be heavy except for brief periods and in limited areas, particularly in the northern parts of the Kingdom, without affecting general life activities. WASM issues a green alert level (these conditions are not expected to affect most aspects of general life).
Weather conditions warrant wearing warm clothing|
Given the temperature drop, especially in mountainous and plains areas, falling several degrees below seasonal averages in an unusual manner compared to this time of year, particularly regarding the prolonged duration, WASM Regional Center recommends wearing warm clothing in mountainous plains areas, specifically from late afternoon through late morning hours.
Slight temperature rise at the end of the week then a drop|
Temperatures will fluctuate clearly during the final days of the month between rises and drops, with renewed chances of scattered rainfall occurring again. WASM Regional Center is monitoring a noticeable temperature rise during the first days of October for a short period as a result of the influence of a weather system called "Red Sea Low" followed by renewed weather disturbances and a significant temperature drop.
