It is expected that the nights at the end of the week will witness slightly cold conditions with temperatures around 15 degrees Celsius in the capital and mountains, as temperatures will remain below seasonal averages throughout most of the coming period.

Clouds will increase next week, and the Kingdom will be affected mid-week by a state of atmospheric instability that will cause thunderstorm rainfall in many regions of the Kingdom, with details to be issued progressively over the coming days.
The cause of the expected atmospheric instability is due to the push of a slightly cold air mass towards the eastern Mediterranean basin and northern Egypt region, coinciding with a sharp extension of the Red Sea low pressure system, which causes a state of atmospheric instability.
WSM Regional Center expects the continuation of these successive autumn weather conditions on the Kingdom, to become more intense during the second half of the month with a continuous drop in temperature, which will approach near-winter rates and unusually compared to previous years.
