WAPM – Temperatures will drop again tomorrow, Tuesday, especially during evening and night hours, with increased clouds at various altitudes coinciding with active dust and sand-stirring winds, particularly in desert areas.
Starting from Wednesday, a "slightly cold" air mass will deepen, especially in mid-level atmospheric layers, with clouds thickening at various altitudes and limited rainfall showers expected, particularly in northern Jordan, especially in the highlands of Ajloun, Irbid, and Al-Baqura. Rainfall showers will generally be light to moderate in intensity in limited areas and for short periods.
The "slightly cold" air mass will continue to affect the Kingdom during the weekend, with active winds persisting, clouds at various altitudes, and light and limited rainfall.
It is expected that conditions will be slightly cold during night and early morning hours with fog formation in mountains and plains starting from the night hours of Tuesday/Wednesday.
WAPM issues a "yellow alert" level for the far north of the Kingdom on Wednesday due to expected rainfall showers, particularly during midday and afternoon hours in the highlands of Ajloun, west and north of Irbid city, and Al-Baqura area.
