Jordan | Temperature Rise on Sunday and Monday with Cold and Rainy Conditions on Wednesday

Alert- The Kingdom is expected to be affected by a low-pressure system accompanied by a cold and moist air mass that will gradually begin on Tuesday night over the northern and central regions in the form of a temperature drop, active winds, and scattered rain showers.

The impact of the low-pressure system will intensify on Wednesday, positioning itself over the island of Cyprus accompanied by active and cold winds and rainy conditions over the northern and central regions, extending to the southern regions and parts of the eastern regions on Wednesday evening.

The impact of the low-pressure system will be preceded by warm conditions on Sunday and Monday, then a gradual change in weather conditions during Tuesday daytime, with winds intensifying, temperatures dropping, and clouds increasing noticeably during Tuesday evening, with rain showers beginning to fall in some northern and central regions.

Weather will gradually stabilize during Thursday with cold conditions remaining, and a renewal of cold and rainy conditions is expected during the beginning of next week as well. Alert issues a yellow alert level for weather conditions on Wednesday due to active winds, rainfall, and weather fluctuations.

In scientific detail, polar-origin cold air masses dominate the eastern and central regions of the European continent, causing the formation of low-pressure systems over the central and eastern Mediterranean regions with generally moderate intensity effects on those areas, causing rainfall and active winds over the Mediterranean region.
