the Kingdom. This low pressure system causes a significant drop in temperature and breaks the warm spring wave and significant activity in wind speeds.
The effect of the low pressure system begins Friday evening and Friday/Saturday night hours when winds intensify
and scattered rain falls on various areas, especially northern and central Jordan, with heavy
rainfall at times in some areas for short periods accompanied by a significant drop in temperature and retreat of
the warm spring wave.
Saturday will be cold and cloudy with rain showers falling in northern and central Jordan
coinciding with active cold winds, with the intensity of rainfall increasing in the northern regions during Saturday/Sunday night hours as the severity of cold weather and wind activity increase, and this rainfall extends to
the central areas at times.
The low pressure system begins to retreat on Sunday with continued cloudy weather and scattered rainfall
falling on separated intervals, especially in the northern regions of the Kingdom.
The low pressure system gradually retreats on Monday and temperatures rise noticeably on Tuesday
next, and warm spring conditions return to affect the Kingdom once again.
