A slight temperature rise is expected during Sunday and Monday before the onset of the atmospheric depressions starting from Tuesday evening, with temperatures exceeding 20 degrees Celsius in the capital Amman before dropping on Tuesday afternoon with thunderstorm rainfall. The weather will be cold on Wednesday and Thursday with partial cloud cover and scattered rainfall in the north-central regions.
It is expected that rainfall will intensify during the end of the week with a significant temperature drop in many regions of the Kingdom coinciding with strong winds and cold weather. The regional WASM center expects rainfall to continue for a long period starting from Tuesday evening, with this rainfall being heavy during many periods.
