The winds will be variable in direction between easterly and westerly due to unstable weather.
The WASM Regional Center is monitoring a significant intensification of these atmospheric disturbances during the coming week, especially at the beginning and middle of the week, and will issue all details progressively. The center is monitoring "strong" atmospheric disturbances over the eastern Mediterranean region, which are expected to approach the Levant region and the Kingdom significantly.

In scientific detail, a warm and moist unstable air mass is advancing toward the Kingdom in the lower atmospheric layers coinciding with the advancement of a cold air mass in the middle and upper atmospheric layers, along with the advancement of large quantities of moisture across various atmospheric layers at the end of the week. This causes scattered rainfall at scattered intervals. These weather conditions will intensify significantly during the beginning of the coming week gradually with the intensification of the cold air mass advancement in the middle and upper layers and rising humidity levels.
