During the evening and night, the low-pressure system will approach and weather conditions will intensify, with heavy rainfall in various regions including southern areas and the city of Aqaba, which may cause the formation of flash floods and transported floods in low-lying areas and valleys, occasional thunderstorms, and hail.
The impact of the low-pressure system will continue on Saturday over all regions of the Kingdom with heavy rainfall continuing, especially during the morning and midday periods. The intensity of rainfall will gradually decrease during the evening and night of Saturday due to the beginning formation of a new low-pressure system south of Cyprus.

WASM issues a red alert level for heavy rainy weather conditions in southern Jordan and the Aqaba region on Friday and Saturday, and an orange alert level in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
